Our responsibilities in water stewardship and governance respect our First Nations people and we seek to engage and deliver their water entitlements for their cultural, community and commercial needs. Our commitment to do this starts with our longstanding relationships and is evidenced through our initiative to co-found First Nations Water Pty Ltd with the Yindjibarndi people of the Pilbara region and Yamatji Water Pty Ltd with the Yamatji people of the Mid West region. The Right Water Company is a minority shareholder in these majority owned Aboriginal business which has a commitment to benefit First Nations’ people wherever we operate.

The Right Water Company can deliver our range of water services either directly to the client and provide professional liaison and negotiation advice with and/or for other First Nations’ people or if appropriate these services and advice can be engaged through First Nations Water Pty Ltd.

Mike Hollett as Managing Director of The Right Water Company has extensive experience in working with Traditional Owners and their Boards to provide strategic guidance and to support negotiations for Agreements with proponents requiring access and approvals for on country projects. Mike’s experience over the past decade ranges from successfully negotiating key components of Agreements to provide legacy outcomes for Traditional Owners from mining companies and State Government.
